Man says he was injured in city robbery

A city resident reported he was attacked and hurt by four men who then took his bicycle Saturday night.
However, he was unable to describe any of the suspects or tell police exactly where the incident occurred, other than somewhere downtown, according to a release from Natatia Bledsoe, a spokesperson for Fredericksbur Police.
The report came in to Fredericksburg Police at 10 p.m. Saturday. The victim had a severe cut on his forehead and was taken by ambulance to the hospital for treatment.
The investigation is ongoing.
